Prohibited Behavior

Reporting Violations

If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines:

1. Document the violation (screenshots if possible)

3. Include relevant details: what happened, when, and who was involved
4. Our team will review all reports promptly and confidentially

Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations
• Temporary Restriction: Repeated or moderate violations
• Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated serious violations

The severity of consequences depends on the nature and frequency of violations. We reserve the right to take immediate action for serious offenses.

Appeals

If you believe an action was taken in error:

2. Provide your explanation and any supporting evidence
3. We'll review your appeal within 7 business days
4. Our decision on appeals is final
